What is a digital design?

A digital design is a high-quality file you purchase online and receive instantly as a digital download.
You can save it to your computer, tablet, or phone from the comfort of your home - no shipping required.

Once downloaded, you can:

  • Print it at home or at your favourite print shop.
  • Choose the size, paper, and finish you like.
  • For kids, you can print it and laminate it so they can use it with a whiteboard marker again and again.

This gives you complete flexibility over how and where you enjoy your design.

What do I need to get started?

Just a device to download your files and access to a printer (either at home or through a printing service). That’s it!

Do you offer refunds?

All our products are instant digital downloads, created with time, care, and love. Because they are delivered immediately after purchase, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please double-check your cart before completing your order.

I hit the maximum download limit for my order

No problem! Contact us at info@nicepick.co or WhatsApp "000", and we’ll refresh your links so you can download your files again.

I am getting an expired or broken link error

Sometimes download links can expire or encounter issues. Please email us with your order number and the product name, and we’ll send you fresh links.

How do I download my order?

  • Right after checkout, you’ll see a download link on the confirmation page.
  • You’ll also receive an email with your files. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.

I cannot log into my account

If you cannot access past purchases, contact us so we can manually re-add them to your account. Please use the same email address you originally used for your purchase.
